Speaking at the Pittsburgh Quantified Self Meetup
I had the opportunity to speak to the Pittsburgh Quantified Self Meetup group on campus at Carnegie Mellon University last night. Anne and Randy were great hosts, and it was a really interesting night. Anne and Randy are researchers at CMU that, among many other accomplishments, are a big part of the force behind the fluxstream data integration system (which has an awesome privacy policy, btw).
I got some positive feedback on the unplug and git-shadow projects as well as some interesting ideas for moving forward with the respective projects. You can find the slide deck from my presentation here. I look forward to sharing ideas and working with the Pittsburgh QS crew going forward.
